What drove you to a career in Technology?

My career in tech is fueled by natural curiosity, a passion for problem-solving, and the excitement the tech field entails. In my role at Bitwise, I have the opportunity to align my passion with meaningful work, and I’m enthusiastic about contributing to the evolving tech landscape. I’m excited to be part of a dynamic industry that has the potential to shape the future and make a positive impact on society.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

Indeed, there were obstacles I encountered on the journey. Navigating through fast-paced tech advancements and acquiring new skills posed a challenge. To conquer these challenges, I engaged in continuous learning, sought mentorship, and took on projects that pushed my boundaries. Tenacity and a forward-thinking approach were valuable in my journey through the tech field.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

My experience in discovering my role in the data engineering space at Bitwise has been fulfilling. Right from the start, I was supported in exploring and contributing to various avenues. This adaptability enabled me to pinpoint where my skills and passions in data engineering resonated most. Bitwise’s culture of collaboration and inclusivity fostered connections with colleagues, mentors, and teams, enabling me to genuinely contribute and make a meaningful difference.
