What drove you to a career in Technology?

In college, I was fascinated by how code could create tangible solutions. But it wasn’t just the technical puzzle that drew me in; it was the potential of data to unlock insights and drive meaningful change. Starting as a trainee at Bitwise, I saw firsthand how data could empower businesses and fuel innovation. That spark of curiosity grew into a passion that still guides me today.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

Technology, especially data engineering, is constantly evolving. Early on, navigating the field felt like climbing a steep mountain. The challenges were real – absorbing new concepts, keeping pace with trends, and proving my abilities in a competitive environment.

But I believe in the power of resilience and continuous learning. I sought mentorship from colleagues, embraced challenges as opportunities to grow, and never stopped pushing myself to learn and adapt. That relentless pursuit of knowledge is what helped me carve my path in this dynamic space.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

Joining this organization a decade ago wasn’t just about landing a job; it was about finding a place to build my career. What truly resonated with me was the culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and shared ownership. These values mirrored my own, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose. Over the years, I’ve discovered my voice as a data engineer, empowered by the support of incredible colleagues and a leadership that encourages initiative. Looking back at my journey as Bitwiser, it’s not just about finding my place – it’s about growing alongside like-minded individuals, sharing successes, and building a shared legacy of innovation.
