What drove you to a career in Technology?

From a young age, Technology always intrigued me. Having a nudge to solve problems, overcoming challenges and leveraging that to make a tangible impact always made me content so having a career in technology was an obvious choice for me. Also, the thrill of ever-evolving nature of the field, combined with opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with brilliant minds acted as a powerful motivator for me.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

“Change is the only constant” is a truth that rings especially true in the tech world. Staying relevant in such a rapidly evolving field requires a positive outlook, continuous skill development, a strong professional network, and well-defined short and long-term goals. I’ve successfully navigated these challenges throughout my 13 years at Bitwise.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

Bitwise has been instrumental in helping me identify my potential and my passion. The company has provided me with numerous opportunities to explore different roles and responsibilities, allowing me to pinpoint my areas of greatest interest and expertise.
