Bitwise completes learning program focused on innovation in leadership development

I am, YOU are, WE are! IWEUS Certification

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our internally designed certificate program in IWEUS Leadership. IWEUS is the convergence of interdependent psychological concepts using a multi-modal approach of cognition and action designed and executed by Ayesha Jamaspi, Ph.D.

During the 12 weeks of individual coaching and group workshops, participants were exposed to a structured methodology coined IMPACT ^puzzle framework that began with strengthening foundations of self and simultaneously building on the critical layers of healthy functioning within groups and teams.

The guidance and support from Nikhil Deshmukh, Vice President - U.S. Delivery, and Shrikant Prabhu, Vice President - Human Resources, helped this program take flight at an organizational level. This initiative is yet another example of our CEO, Ankur Gupta, and Co-founder Hema Sakhardande’s belief in continuous innovation for people development.
