What drove you to a career in Technology?

I was always fascinated by the technology, its processing power and how such a small piece of hardware can solve the most complex problems by applying simple algorithms.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

The only challenge was frequently evolving technologies. To overcome this, I kept myself up to date with new technologies. Creative thinking, problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, attention to detail and self-discipline also helped me build my presence.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

When I started with Bitwise my goal was to learn as many things as possible and deliver to the best of my abilities in every engagement. This helped me build a good foundation for my career. As I grew in my roles, I got ample opportunities to improve my leadership skills, lead multiple projects teams, and eventually become a manager.

I think consistent performance, dedication, ownership and dependability has helped me make my place at Bitwise. It was possible as Bitwise has always encouraged employee growth and provided equal opportunities to prove myself.
