What drove you to a career in Technology?

I started my career in an engineering and technology service company in India. Over the years in this company, I worked in several business functions including presales, Quality and HR.

I have always enjoyed working with people. So, after arriving in the US when an opportunity in Human Resources function came my way, I grabbed it with both hands. Since then, I have not looked back.

I like the challenges of working in global technology services companies, and joined Bitwise to further my career in HR. The most attractive aspect of my current role is the flexibility and close-knit family feel I get at Bitwise.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

I have been fortunate to have a lot of support throughout my career and build lasting relationships to help me grow professionally and personally.

Has being a working mother affected your career progression?

Not at all, I have had all the flexibility to manage work and family obligations. Bitwise has always been very supportive to help me develop my career in HR while balancing work life and home life.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

The culture here makes it easy to fit in and contribute to our organizational goals in different ways. I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to make a difference within our community, too, by participating in the leadership committee for our CSR group as part of Bitwise Foundation. Bitwise has truly been a great place to work that treats employees as a part of family and they trust you. I am happy to be a part of this wonderful family.
