Shrikant Prabhu

Shrikant Prabhu is Senior Vice President, Global HR at Bitwise. He is responsible for guiding the company’s human resources strategy and nurturing its human capital to support emerging business and technology demands. Over the course of nearly three decades, he has evolved from a hands-on technologist to a strategic executive who has shaped the company’s culture around learning, ownership, and continuous growth. Prior to his tenure at Bitwise, Shrikant’s career began with foundational roles in software engineering and project management, informing his practical approach to developing high-performing teams. Shrikant holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
