What drove you to a career in Technology?

Early in my career I came across a phase where for the first time since my college degree I had to actually study this new technology to help me guide my team. That’s when I realized New technology feels challenging only when you don’t know it. The technology landscape is constantly evolving. Stay curious, continue to learn, and adapt to new challenges.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

Over 13 years of my journey, there were many challenges like technology, people, personal life but believing in myself kept me going. Your capabilities and contributions are valuable, don’t let societal expectations or stereotypes hold you back. Acknowledge your accomplishments and progress, do not shy to demonstrate your value. Don’t hesitate to speak up, share your ideas, and take calculated risks.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

I have navigated my career path with both challenges and triumphs. The journey to the top has often been a solo one, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding. I am thankful to Bitwise for allowing me a leadership role and opportunity to leverage my strengths.
