What drove you to a career in Technology?
From a young age, Technology always intrigued me. Having a nudge to solve problems, overcoming challenges and leveraging that to make a tangible impact always made me content so having a career in technology was an obvious choice for me. Also, the thrill of ever-evolving nature of the field, combined with opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with brilliant minds acted as a powerful motivator for me.
Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?
"Change is the only constant" is a truth that rings especially true in the tech world. Staying relevant in such a rapidly evolving field requires a positive outlook, continuous skill development, a strong professional network, and well-defined short and long-term goals. I’ve successfully navigated these challenges throughout my 13 years at Bitwise.
